Earth Day

Today is Earth Day, so I celebrated it by recycling scraps of textiles and making lovely little FABULA brooches with the sun shining through my window. But, hey, every day is a green day for me as I am running an eco-friendly fashion business!

New Line of re-Styled Bags

Time is flying! It is mid-January already! I am busy working on my new still-winter-but-thinking-of-spring line of re-styled handbags. I go around charity shops buying forlorn and tired looking bags and re-vamp them.

Here is one of my first creations for the new line. It was an almost new bag that looked boring, the handle was quite stiff.



I made cheerful dots out of a white leather skirt and an emerald felted jumper and embellished the bag. The handle was replaced with an old cahin belt. The bag is rejuvinated and ready to be loved again!
